Every member wishing to attend the National Convention must register.

Note: Active first-timers must pay their registration fee in advance. After attending the convention, they must submit a form to the National Office to be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Requests received on or before July 25, 2025 will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations received on or after July 26, 2025, will not receive a refund. Tickets for cancelled registrants are not available for use by other registrants. Registration transfers (name changes) are not permitted.
